“It’s quite difficult to completely recover or improve this much …but today, it’s possible.”

After the Songkran festival, S Spine Hospital was deeply honored when the handsome young actor visited our specialists to treat his back and neck pain.

From reviewing his medical history, it was found that Khun Om constantly works on set and often has to perform physically demanding scenes.

These are action scenes where he fights enemies and villains, which may be one of the reasons for his back and neck pain. However, he initially thought it wasn’t a serious issue and was just ordinary muscle soreness. He continued to exercise and go to the gym as usual.

However, he decided to consult a physician at S Spine Hospital to determine if the pain might be a chronic injury, so he researched information online and through social media.

He then visited S Spine Hospital, a specialist hospital for spine and nervous system treatments, and made an appointment to see a doctor.

Upon arrival at the hospital, the doctor thoroughly checked his condition through imaging, sent him for an X-ray, and conducted an MRI scan. The examination took about 1.5 hours, and the results revealed abnormalities in the spine, where the nerves were being compressed by a herniated disc. Fortunately, the compression was not severe.

The doctor suggested a treatment plan using laser therapy to avoid surgery. The laser uses radio frequency waves to reduce the pressure within the intervertebral disc and can help it shrink back – a new and advanced technique.

After deciding to undergo treatment, Khun Om spent one night in the hospital for recovery. He then returned home the following day. The result was that the pain he had been experiencing disappeared, as the nerve was no longer compressed.

Before leaving, the young actor said a few words:

“It’s quite difficult to completely recover or improve this much…but today, it’s possible.”

S Spine Hospital would like to thank you for trusting and choosing our services at the specialist hospital for spine and nervous system treatments. What about you? How do you know if your back pain is related to the spine?

The first step is to check whether the pain is from the muscles or another condition. However, if the pain radiates down the leg, it is often caused by a spine-related issue, such as nerve compression. If you notice these symptoms, it is important to consult a specialist promptly.

Taking medication or undergoing physical therapy may help alleviate the pain, but if the pain is severe, an X-ray and MRI are recommended for an accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.

Treating the root cause for long-term recovery is the highest priority for the medical team at S Spine Hospital.

If the pain doesn’t go away… come see us.
