Announcement: Destruction of Patient Records
The S Spine Hospital will proceed with the destruction of medical records for patients who last visited in 2019 and have had no further contact for over 5 years. It will be destroyed starting from March 1, 2025, onwards.
If you wish to retain or utilize your medical records, please contact the Medical Records Department in person with your identification card (Passport) by February 28, 2025.
After this deadline, the hospital will consider it as your consent for record destruction, in accordance with the regulations.
